30-day return window
We want you to feel confident shopping with GlowComb Pro. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition, unused or only inspected in a reasonable way, in the original packaging when possible, and returned with proof of purchase.

- Item is in original condition
- Original packaging and accessories are included when possible
- Proof of purchase or order number is provided
- Used hygiene-sensitive products may not be eligible unless defective or damaged
Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a short description, and clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
Refunds and return shipping
To request a return, email us at support@glowcombpro.com. Please do not send your item back before receiving return instructions from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs. Gift cards, final sale items, items damaged by misuse, and used hygiene-sensitive products that cannot be safely resold are not refundable.
